Role & Responsibilities
- Select appropriate cosmetics and skincare products based on individual customer needs and preferences
- Actively pursue sales targets while maintaining Sephora's customer service standards and Sephora Attitude protocol
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through personalized consultation and follow-up engagement
- Maintain merchandise displays through regular replenishment, stock management, and visual organization
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and category innovations to provide informed recommendations
Qualifications
- Natural ability to build rapport and establish meaningful client connections
- Genuine interest in the beauty industry with demonstrated knowledge of skincare, makeup, and cosmetic products
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments
- Comfortable working flexible schedules including weekend and holiday availability (specifically 2–3 selected Saturdays and holiday Sundays)
