Sephora Beauty Consultant (3/4 part-time), Arkadia Warsaw — Join the luxury beauty retail leader in an entry-level sales role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assess client skincare and cosmetics needs and recommend suitable products tailored to individual requirements
- Drive active sales and meet individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain client relationships through attentive, consultative service consistent with Sephora Attitude standards
- Ensure visual merchandising excellence by maintaining product cleanliness, restocking shelves, and optimizing display presentations
- Work flexibly across assigned weekend and Sunday trading hours
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and manage client relationships effectively
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry, cosmetics products, and current beauty trends
- Track record in sales or customer service roles
- Strong teamwork orientation with commitment to collective sales goals
- Full availability for scheduled shifts, including selected Saturdays and Sunday trading hours
