Sephora seeks Beauty Consultant (3/4 time) in Warsaw, Poland. Provide expert cosmetics consultation and drive sales in luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend appropriate cosmetics based on individual customer needs and preferences
- Drive active sales and achieve personal and team sales targets
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships through service excellence aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product displays through regular cleaning, restocking, and merchandising of shelves
- Engage customers in consultative selling to identify beauty solutions
Qualifications
- Customer-facing sales or service experience preferred
- Passion for the beauty industry and cosmetics products
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Full availability for flexible scheduling including select Saturdays and Sundays
