Role & Responsibilities
- Match cosmetic products to individual client needs and preferences
- Actively pursue sales targets and drive revenue through consultative selling techniques
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through authentic, service-oriented interactions aligned with Sephora's brand principles
- Maintain product presentation standards, including shelf organization, inventory replenishment, and merchandising cleanliness
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of beauty trends, product innovations, and category developments
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
