Sephora Beauty Consultant (part-time, 3/4) in Warsaw — drive beauty sales and advise clients on cosmetics
Role & Responsibilities
- Select and recommend cosmetics tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive consultancy and product engagement
- Build and maintain client relationships through service excellence aligned with Sephora Attitude standards
- Maintain product displays, shelf replenishment, and store cleanliness standards
- Support team goals and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive store environment
Qualifications
- Client relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry and current cosmetics trends
- Proven sales or customer service experience
- Full availability including select Saturdays and Sunday shopping hours
