Role & Responsibilities
- Select appropriate cosmetics tailored to customer needs and preferences
- Execute active selling strategies and achieve individual sales targets
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through exemplary service aligned with Sephora Attitude protocol
- Maintain visual merchandising standards through product display cleanliness and shelf replenishment
- Demonstrate full availability including Saturday and Sunday retail trading hours
