Sephora (Warsaw) seeks a full-time Beauty Consultant at Galeria Mokotów to advise clients, drive sales and maintain product displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised product consultations and recommendations based on each client’s needs and preferences.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to achieving individual and store targets through active selling and upselling.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering service aligned with the Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain merchandising standards: cleanliness, attractive presentation and timely replenishment of product displays.
- Contribute to team objectives, participate in store events and support promotional initiatives.
- Perform basic make-up applications and product demonstrations when required.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry, current products and trends.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service; retail experience preferred.
- Availability for full-time shifts including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving collective goals.
- Communicative English is a plus; experience with makeup application is desirable.

Entry-level role; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in cosmetology/beauty is an advantage.
