Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Consultant in Warsaw (Galeria Północna) to advise clients, drive sales and maintain visual standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product selection and personalized beauty solutions based on individual needs.
- Drive active sales and contribute to achieving personal and store sales targets through consultative selling and upselling.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships by delivering service aligned with the Sephora Attitude and clienteling best practices.
- Ensure visual standards and merchandising integrity: cleanliness, product replenishment and attractive shelf presentation.
- Participate in store operations including receiving stock, inventory upkeep and supporting promotional activities.
- Maintain availability for peak trading periods, including scheduled Saturdays and selected trading Sundays.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and trust with clients.
- Interest in and knowledge of the beauty sector, product trends and new launches.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service; makeup application experience is an advantage.
- Proven team player with a results-driven mindset and willingness to meet team objectives.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work weekends and selected trading days.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail sales or customer service experience preferred. Practical experience with makeup application is considered a plus.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
