Sephora — Warsaw (Wileńska): Part-time Beauty Consultant role advising clients, driving sales and maintaining merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on skincare, makeup and fragrance selection tailored to individual needs and preferences.
  • Proactively drive sales and contribute to the achievement of store and team KPIs.
  • Deliver personalised client service in accordance with Sephora Attitude standards to build repeat business and client loyalty.
  • Maintain merchandising standards: keep displays clean, ensure accurate product presentation and restock shelves.
  • Work scheduled retail hours including selected Saturdays and designated shopping Sundays to support peak trading.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Genuine interest in beauty, product knowledge and awareness of current trends.
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service; makeup application experience is an advantage.
  • Available to work part-time hours including 2–3 selected Saturdays and retail Sundays.
  • Communicative English is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience
