Sephora — Beauty Consultant (Full-time) in Warsaw (Promenada). Entry-level retail role focused on sales, client service and product expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product recommendations and beauty advice tailored to each customer's needs and preferences.
- Actively drive sales to achieve individual and store targets through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships by delivering service aligned with the Sephora Attitude standards.
- Ensure impeccable visual presentation of merchandise: cleanliness, shelf replenishment and merchandising compliance.
- Support in‑store events, product launches and promotional activities when required.
Qualifications
- Demonstrable interest in the beauty industry and current product/trend awareness.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service; makeup application experience is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport quickly and deliver exceptional client service.
- Availability to work full time including selected Saturdays and retail Sundays.
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving collective objectives.

Experience
Entry-level role; prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Practical experience in makeup application or beauty consultation is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certified courses in cosmetology/makeup is desirable.
