Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product recommendations across skincare, colour cosmetics and fragrance, matching solutions to each client’s needs.
- Drive sales through active selling, suggestive selling and consistent achievement of individual and store targets.
- Build and sustain client relationships by delivering service aligned with the Sephora Attitude and brand standards.
- Perform makeup application and product demonstrations when required to support conversion and client education.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, stocked and presentation-ready.
- Contribute to daily store operations, including stock replenishment and upkeep of retail hygiene and presentation.
- Work a flexible part-time schedule including availability for 2–3 selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
Qualifications
- Natural aptitude for building rapport with clients and a passion for beauty and cosmetics.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in makeup application is an advantage.
- Proven team player who is motivated by meeting team and individual sales objectives.
- Full availability for scheduled part-time hours, specifically the ability to work selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
- Communicative level of English is preferred.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level role; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is preferred but not mandatory. Practical experience in makeup application is considered a strong asset.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certified courses in beauty/makeup is a plus.
