Role & Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate cosmetics, skincare and fragrance solutions.
  • Drive sales through active selling, upselling and achievement of individual and team targets.
  • Deliver exceptional client service in line with the Sephora Attitude standards, building long-term customer relationships and clienteling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, replenished and presentation-ready.
  • Support in-store events, product demonstrations and makeup services as required.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrable aptitude for building rapport with clients.
  • Genuine interest in beauty, current trends and product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance.
  • Proven experience in retail sales or customer service; makeup application experience is advantageous.
  • Availability for full-time shifts including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective sales objectives.

Experience
