Role & Responsibilities
- Select appropriate cosmetics based on customer needs.
- Engage in active sales and achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with customers through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, ensuring cleanliness and restocking shelves.
Qualifications
- Ease in building customer relationships.
- Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry, including new products and current trends.
- Ability to work in a team and strive for team goals.
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Full availability to work, particularly on selected Saturdays and commercial Sundays.
Skills
Experience
Experience in sales or customer service is required. Beginner level is acceptable.
