Role & Responsibilities

  • Select appropriate cosmetics based on customer needs.
  • Engage in active sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships in line with the Sephora Attitude.
  • Ensure product displays are clean and well-stocked.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or customer service.
  • Full availability to work, including 2-3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.

Skills

Ability to build relationships with customers. Knowledge and interest in the beauty industry, including new products and trends. Teamwork skills and a drive to achieve team goals.

Experience

Beginner level experience in sales or customer service is required. Experience in makeup application is a plus.
