Sephora seeks a passionate Beauty Advisor to join its Venice store team, delivering personalized skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations while driving sales performance and store objectives. In this part-time role, the successful candidate will build strong client relationships, ensure memorable shopping experiences, and collaborate with team members to foster a positive, results-oriented environment in a dynamic multinational retail setting.

Role & Responsibilities

• Actively contribute to achieving store budget and sales targets while adapting to strategic changes and management directives
• Greet customers and deliver personalized beauty consultations based on individual profiles and preferences
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through authentic engagement, listening, and expert product recommendations
• Support the Store Manager and Specialists with daily store operations and visual merchandising
• Foster a collaborative team environment by encouraging open communication, celebrating successes, and maintaining positive workplace culture
• Utilize point-of-sale systems and key software applications to process transactions and manage client data

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and self-care
• Strong sales drive with natural ability to influence and persuade through relationship-building
• Service orientation with intrinsic motivation to create memorable customer experiences
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and customer needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with point-of-sale devices and standard retail software applications
• Strong knowledge of commercial KPIs and sales metrics

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in sales-focused roles such as Sales Assistant, Promoter, or Beauty Consultant is preferred, ideally within dynamic multinational retail environments. Demonstrated success in customer-facing positions within beauty, prestige retail, or similar sectors is advantageous.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced certifications in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics are valued but not required.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position is EUR 23371.18 per annum.
