Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
• Educate and empower clients through demonstrated expertise in beauty products, techniques, and current trends
• Maintain current knowledge of product offerings and emerging beauty trends to provide relevant, up-to-date advice
• Exceed sales goals and key performance indicators while maintaining a consultative, client-focused approach
• Support inventory management, product merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and support colleagues in delivering exceptional service
• Uphold Sephora Canada policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
• Work flexibly during peak retail operations, including evenings, weekends, and holiday periods

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused service environments with demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clientele
• Passion for beauty, fashion trends, and empowering client confidence
• Collaborative team player who thrives in goal-oriented and inclusive environments
• Physical ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Skills

Experience

Beginner to entry-level experience in retail, hospitality, or client-facing service roles; demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and provide excellent service.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 19.85 to CAD 24.80 per hour.
