Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations aligned with client needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate clients on skincare, makeup, fragrance, and wellness benefits
- Monitor and stay current with emerging beauty trends, techniques, and seasonal product innovations to deliver relevant advice
- Support inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintain clean, organized retail displays
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through consultative selling and exceptional customer service
