Sephora Beauty Advisor (Part-Time) in Trois-Rivières, QC. CAD $19.10–$23.25/hr. Provide customer service in color, skincare, and fragrance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to customers across color, skincare, fragrance, and checkout areas
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and determine their needs to recommend appropriate products
- Share product knowledge and expertise with clients; conduct makeup applications when requested
- Ensure team members complete in-depth brand training and provide ongoing coaching to other beauty advisors
- Actively pursue continuous product education and professional development
- Participate in inventory management, stock monitoring, and loss prevention programs
- Communicate inventory issues or concerns to management
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Stay informed of special events and in-store promotions
- Assist with point-of-sale functions as needed
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence and persuade across all business levels
- Flexibility to work variable hours including day, evening, and weekend shifts
- Passion for customer engagement and product knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
