Sephora Beauty Advisor position in Trois-Rivières, QC—part-time cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance consultation with competitive CAD $19.10–$23.25/hr pay.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers across cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and point-of-sale departments
- Greet customers enthusiastically upon entry and assess their beauty needs with clarity and concision
- Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer requirements and preferences
- Perform makeup applications for clients as needed
- Share detailed product knowledge and educate customers on brand offerings
- Train and mentor other beauty advisors on brand-specific, in-depth product training
- Participate actively in inventory control and communicate stock-related concerns to management
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures
- Stay informed of special events, promotions, and in-store activities
- Contribute to loss-prevention programs and stock accuracy initiatives
- Perform point-of-sale host functions as assigned
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence business partners with clarity and concision at all levels
- Flexibility to accommodate variable work schedules including day, evening, and weekend shifts
