Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and curated product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
- Educate and empower clients through expert knowledge sharing on beauty products, techniques, and emerging trends
- Stay informed on product innovations, industry trends, and beauty methodologies to provide relevant, timely advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators while exceeding performance objectives
- Maintain stock management, merchandising standards, and ensure the retail space remains clean, organized, and welcoming
- Provide flexibility during high-traffic periods, including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience delivering exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships in a retail environment
