Sephora is hiring a part-time Beauty Consultant in Torun (Copernicus). Join the team to advise clients, sell prestige cosmetics and maintain store standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product selection and bespoke beauty solutions based on individual needs and preferences.
- Drive sales and contribute to the achievement of individual and store targets through proactive clienteling and upselling.
- Deliver exemplary, brand-consistent customer service aligned with Sephora’s standards (Sephora Attitude).
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product presentation, cleanliness and shelf replenishment.
- Work collaboratively within the store team to support operations, stock management and promotional activity.
- Remain flexible to roster requirements, including availability for selected Saturdays and retail trading Sundays.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry, product categories and current trends.
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service; previous beauty/makeup experience is an advantage.
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on achieving collective store goals.
- Availability to work retail hours including selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.

Entry-level role; some prior retail or customer-service experience is preferred. Previous exposure to beauty or makeup application is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
