Sephora Canada Beauty Advisor - Flex position in Toronto, ON. Part-time retail role delivering personalized beauty consultations with CAD$19.20–$22.60/hr compensation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, applications, and innovations
- Monitor industry trends, emerging beauty products, and techniques to provide relevant and current advice
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators through exceptional client service and product knowledge
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, inventory organization, and cleanliness throughout the retail space
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming environment where all clients and team members feel valued and empowered
- Uphold Sephora Canada policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and engaging shopping experience
Qualifications
