Beauty Advisor position at Sephora Canada, Toronto—flexible part-time role delivering personalized consultations and beauty expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs and preferences
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise through client education and beauty journey guidance
  • Monitor emerging beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant, timely advice and maintain client engagement
  • Exceed sales targets and key performance indicators through client engagement and product recommendation
  • Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain store cleanliness and organization
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative team culture where all clients and colleagues feel empowered and welcomed
  • Uphold Sephora Canada operational standards and security protocols to ensure a safe, enjoyable shopping experience
  • Maintain scheduling flexibility to cover peak retail periods including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Experience
