Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations to guide clients on their beauty journey and recommend suitable products and services
- Perform customized beauty services including makeup application and skincare treatments while adhering to health and hygiene standards
- Demonstrate expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines through product application showcases
- Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches, and brand developments at Sephora
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients and handle service bookings and rebooking requests
- Participate in sales events and promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and contribute to store sales goals
Qualifications
- 1–3 years prior experience in retail sales or services
