Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to make informed purchases.
  • Drive sales and key performance indicators through consultative selling, merchandising and active clienteling.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory replenishment and ensure the selling space is clean, organised and inviting.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, product launches and application techniques to keep client advice relevant.
  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and uphold Sephora Canada policies to ensure a safe, welcoming shopping experience.
  • Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance; be available during peak retail hours (nights, weekends and holidays) and meet part‑time minimum weekly hours (15–29 hrs/week).

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or another client‑facing environment preferred; demonstrated ability to deliver excellent client service.
