Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet each client’s needs and preferences.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients to make informed purchases.
  • Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales goals.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized and visually on-brand.
  • Stay current with beauty trends, new product launches and application techniques to provide relevant advice and repeat business.
  • Promote an inclusive, collaborative environment and uphold Sephora’s policies for a safe and welcoming client experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; meet minimum weekly shift/hour requirements and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality or a client-facing environment with demonstrated customer-service aptitude.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and the ability to convey confidence and enthusiasm to clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Quick learner able to absorb and share product knowledge and application techniques.
