Sephora Szczecin (Kaskada) is hiring a part-time Beauty Consultant — an entry-level retail role focused on sales, consultations and merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product selection tailored to their skin type, needs and preferences.
- Drive sales through active selling and by meeting individual and store sales targets.
- Build lasting client relationships through professional, brand-aligned service (Sephora Attitude).
- Maintain merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, fully stocked and visually appealing.
- Support routine store operations including stock replenishment and participation in weekend trading shifts.
Qualifications
- Proven interpersonal skills with ease in building client relationships.
- Demonstrable interest and basic knowledge of the beauty industry and current product trends.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to shared targets.
- Availability to work part-time hours including selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
