Sephora seeks a part-time Beauty Consultant in Szczecin (Galaxy) — client-facing sales role delivering product advice and visual merchandising.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalised product recommendations and beauty advice tailored to each client's needs.
- Actively drive sales to achieve individual and store targets through consultative selling and follow-up.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in line with Sephora Attitude and brand standards.
- Perform makeup consultations and demonstrations when required to showcase products and techniques.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards: keep displays clean, merchandise fully stocked and properly presented.
- Collaborate with the store team to support promotions, events and operational tasks during trading hours, including selected weekends.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and long-term client relationships.
- Interest in and knowledge of the beauty industry, products and current trends.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service; makeup application experience is an advantage.
- Capacity to work as part of a team and contribute to collective sales objectives.
- Availability to work part-time on-site, including 2–3 selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.

Entry-level role; prior retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred but not mandatory. Experience in makeup application is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
