Sephora seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Consultant in Szczecin (Kaskada) to provide client consultations, product advice and meet sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised product recommendations and demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Proactively drive sales and contribute to achieving individual and store targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships, adhering to Sephora’s customer service standards (Sephora Attitude).
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards: ensure product displays are clean, complete and replenished.
  • Assist with in-store events, product launches and makeup consultations as required.
  • Perform regular stock replenishment, receive deliveries and support inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable interest and knowledge of the beauty industry and current product trends.
  • Experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably within cosmetics or luxury retail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and clienteling.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to collective sales goals.
  • Availability to work part-time including selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
  • Communicative level of English and prior makeup application experience are advantageous.

Experience
