Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in accordance with Sephora's standards.
- Manage sales by adhering to company guidelines for appearance and uniform, offering product consultations and recommendations.
- Participate in and complete Sephora University training and various brand and in-store training sessions to maintain product knowledge.
- Prepare and maintain product displays in designated areas, ensuring cleanliness of shelves and drawers.
- Process customer purchases following cash register procedures and standard operating protocols.
- Assist the store manager in maintaining balanced inventory levels.

- Flexibility to work varied shifts, with two days off per week and eight-hour workdays.
