Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate expert product knowledge and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and application methods
- Monitor industry trends and stay current with new beauty products and emerging techniques to provide relevant guidance
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized store environment
- Promote an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere and foster collaboration among team members

Qualifications
