Sephora in Sunrise, FL seeks a Part‑Time Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized consultations, drive sales and maintain merchandising.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs and drive repeat business.
  • Demonstrate and communicate product knowledge across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate clients on application and benefits.
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs through consultative selling, suggestive recommendations and effective clienteling.
  • Maintain merchandising standards, support inventory processes and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized and visually compelling.
  • Remain current with beauty trends, new product launches and category innovations to provide relevant advice.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative store culture and follow company policies to ensure a safe shopping environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail, hospitality or client-facing experience preferred; demonstrable ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Passion for beauty, trends and helping clients build confidence through product education.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented and collaborative.
  • Ability to learn quickly and retain product knowledge for accurate client guidance.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and be available for retail peak hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Experience
