Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback to enhance service quality.
  • Drive staff productivity and engagement to meet organizational goals.
  • Manage stock availability and ensure efficient replenishment processes.
  • Adhere to operational routines and compliance standards.
  • Achieve sales turnover targets and develop the beauty category.
  • Monitor and control key retail figures such as conversion rates and average basket values.
  • Conduct scheduled inventory checks and manage stock levels.
  • Support beauty classes and provide short services across all departments.
  • Maintain product presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Ensure sales floor is fully stocked and prepare products for sale.
  • Clean and organize sales floor furniture and products.
  • Assist with merchandising updates and inventory processes.
  • Operate cash register and handle additional daily business tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience or interest in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, fashion, or gastronomy sectors.
  • First-hand experience in retail, customer advising, and interaction.
  • Fluency in English or the native language of the country.

Skills

Strong communication skills with customers. Organized, reliable, and communicative. Team spirit with an open, motivating, and friendly demeanor. Knowledge of the beauty industry and current trends.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is required.
