Sephora Canada seeks part-time Beauty Advisor in St. John's, NL. CAD$17–21.25/hr, flexible scheduling, retail beauty consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise, educating and empowering clients throughout their beauty journey
- Maintain current knowledge of beauty trends, new product launches, and emerging techniques to deliver relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed established key performance indicators through consultative selling
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment
- Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members feel empowered and valued
- Uphold Sephora Canada standards and policies to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and build strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or customer-focused setting

Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from CAD 17 to CAD 21.25 per hour.
