Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations that address individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise through educating and empowering clients in their beauty journeys
- Stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales results and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling
