Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients in their beauty journeys
- Stay current with emerging beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to offer relevant, contemporary advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators established by the company
- Support store operations through inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, organized retail environment
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative team culture and promote a welcoming shopping experience for all clients
- Uphold Sephora standards and policies to maintain a safe and secure environment
