Sephora is hiring a Beauty Consultant for a part-time role at Jantar in Słupsk. The position is an indefinite-term employment contract and involves recommending cosmetics, driving sales, building client relationships and maintaining product displays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each client’s needs.
- Drive active selling and achieve sales targets.
- Build client relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product presentation, including keeping displays clean and replenishing shelves.
Qualifications
- Builds rapport easily with clients.
- Has knowledge of and interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Works effectively in a team and strives to achieve team goals.
- Has experience in sales or customer service.
- Is fully available to work, particularly on two to three selected Saturdays and trading Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
