Sephora seeks a Beauty Consultant in Slupsk, Poland — part‑time retail role advising clients, driving sales and maintaining merchandising standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise clients on product selection and skincare/makeup routines tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Drive active sales and contribute to achieving personal and store sales targets through consultative selling and product demonstrations.
- Create and nurture lasting client relationships by delivering service aligned with the Sephora Attitude and brand standards.
- Ensure merchandising standards: maintain cleanliness, replenish stock on shelves, and present product displays to maximize visual impact.
- Participate in store processes including receiving stock, inventory checks and compliance with merchandising and hygiene procedures.
- Support in-store activations and promotional events; assist with basic makeup services and product sampling when required.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build rapport and engage clients.
- Knowledge of and genuine interest in the beauty industry, product categories and current trends.
- Experience in sales or customer service roles; prior cosmetics or beauty retail experience preferred.
- Availability for part-time schedule including the ability to work selected Saturdays and trade Sundays.
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving collective store objectives.
- Communicative level of English is desirable; makeup application experience is an advantage.

Experience
Entry-level. Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred; experience in beauty or makeup is a strong advantage.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Slupsk, Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland, with easy access to Gdańsk.
