Beauty Advisor position at Sephora Canada in Sherwood Park, AB. Part-time role with flexible scheduling, CAD $17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations based on individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate and empower clients throughout their beauty journey
- Maintain current knowledge of latest beauty products, techniques, and trends to provide relevant and timely advice
- Achieve and exceed sales goals and key performance indicators set by management
- Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming store environment
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork; support colleagues in a collaborative, goal-oriented setting
- Uphold Sephora Canada policies and standards to ensure a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
