Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and application methods
- Monitor and communicate emerging beauty products, trends, and innovations to provide relevant and timely advice
- Contribute to sales performance by exceeding personal targets and key performance indicators
- Maintain inventory accuracy, support merchandising initiatives, and ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming
