Sephora Sales Consultant position in São Paulo, Brazil. Full-time beauty retail role with customer service and product expertise focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and serve all customers with enthusiasm and provide specialist, cordial assistance
- Identify customer needs through effective consultation and recommend appropriate products
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate customers on offerings
- Maintain store visual presentation and merchandise standards according to Sephora protocols
- Operate point-of-sale systems when authorized
- Participate actively as a motivated team member and contribute to a pleasant working environment
- Identify opportunities for store improvement and suggest solutions
- Execute all Sephora policies and procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Monitor stock control and quality standards
- Stay informed of market trends and competitor activity

- Assist in training new consultants
- Support inventory shrinkage reduction initiatives

- Desirable retail experience
- Desirable beauty industry experience
