Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve all customers entering the store with enthusiasm and professional courtesy
  • Assess customer needs through active listening and recommend appropriate beauty products and services
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate customers on features, benefits, and application techniques
  • Maintain store aesthetics, cleanliness, and organization according to Sephora visual standards and procedures
  • Participate actively as a motivated team member, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Execute point-of-sale transactions and manage cashier functions when assigned
  • Participate in inventory control and stock quality assurance processes
  • Complete assigned tasks with accuracy and efficiency, including store events and promotional activities
