Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and tailored product recommendations to meet individual client needs
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques and product benefits
- Stay current with evolving beauty trends, products, and techniques to provide relevant and timely advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators set by the organization
