Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to individual client needs and preferences
• Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, trends, and product applications
• Stay informed on emerging beauty trends, new product launches, and industry innovations to provide timely, relevant advice
• Drive sales performance by exceeding individual and team goals through client engagement and relationship-building
• Support inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
• Promote an inclusive, collaborative culture where all team members and clients feel valued and empowered
• Ensure compliance with Sephora policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure shopping experience
• Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality across scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous retail, hospitality, or client-facing service experience with a demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships
• Genuine passion for beauty, cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse clientele
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a goal-oriented, inclusive work environment
• Quick learner capable of absorbing and sharing detailed product knowledge
• Physical ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required by retail operations

Skills

Experience

Entry-level retail or hospitality experience with demonstrated excellence in client service and relationship development is preferred; candidates without direct beauty retail experience but with strong service backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; ongoing beauty education and product training provided by Sephora.

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.60 to USD 19.30 per hour.
