Sephora Canada seeks a full-time Beauty Advisor in Saint Catharines, ON — client-focused retail role at Pen Centre, delivering personalised beauty consultations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations to meet individual client needs and build long-term relationships.
- Demonstrate product expertise across makeup, skincare and fragrance; educate and empower clients on product usage and benefits.
- Stay current with industry product launches, techniques and beauty trends to provide informed, relevant advice.
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and store KPIs through consultative selling and upselling.
- Support inventory management, merchandising and visual presentation to maintain an inviting and on-brand retail environment.
- Ensure a safe, secure and welcoming shopping experience by adhering to company policies and operational standards.
- Contribute to an inclusive team culture through collaboration, open communication and reliability in scheduling and attendance.
- Perform physical tasks as required, including lifting and carrying product cartons (up to 50 pounds).
Qualifications
- Previous customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality or a client-focused environment is preferred.
- Demonstrable passion for beauty, trends and client empowerment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building rapport and trust.
