Sephora is hiring a Beauty Consultant for a permanent, 75% part-time role at Millenium in Rzeszów. The consultant recommends cosmetics, drives sales, builds customer relationships in line with Sephora Attitude and maintains product displays; availability for selected weekend shifts is required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recommend cosmetics suited to each customer’s needs.
- Actively sell products and meet sales targets.
- Build customer relationships through service aligned with Sephora Attitude.
- Maintain product displays, including cleanliness and shelf replenishment.
Qualifications
- Builds customer relationships easily.
- Has knowledge of and an interest in the beauty industry, new products and current trends.
- Works well in a team and strives to achieve team goals.
- Has experience in sales or customer service.
- Is fully available to work, particularly on two to three selected Saturdays and on retail-trading Sundays.
- Communicative English is an advantage.
- Makeup application experience is an advantage.
