Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise and educate clients on beauty techniques, benefits, and applications to empower informed purchasing decisions
- Monitor industry trends, new product launches, and emerging beauty techniques to provide relevant, forward-thinking advice
- Drive sales performance and exceed key performance indicators through consultative selling and relationship building
- Support store operations by managing inventory, executing merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment

Qualifications
