Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations aligned with each client's unique skincare and cosmetics requirements
- Educate and empower clients by sharing expert knowledge and guiding them through their beauty journey
- Stay current with emerging beauty trends, product innovations, and application techniques to provide timely, relevant guidance that encourages client loyalty
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators whilst supporting team objectives
- Maintain stock management, merchandising standards, and a clean, organised, welcoming retail environment
