Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to each client's individual needs and preferences
- Demonstrate comprehensive product expertise to educate clients and empower them in their beauty journeys
- Stay current with the latest beauty products, techniques, and industry trends to provide relevant and forward-thinking advice
- Drive sales performance to exceed established targets and key performance indicators
