Sephora is hiring a Beauty Consultant in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia — full-time role focused on client consultations, product demos and driving retail sales.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an outstanding client experience through personalised consultations, product recommendations and in-store demonstrations aligned with Sephora standards.
- Educate clients about product benefits, application techniques and appropriate regimens while supporting new product launches and in-store activations.
- Apply Sephora selling methodologies (Sephora Attitude) to maximise basket size and contribute to store sales targets and commercial KPIs.
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising standards: manage testers, pricing, displays, restocking and housekeeping to reinforce the brand image.
- Support operational tasks as required (cash desk, stock room, beauty hub tools) and help address audit findings and process improvements.
- Keep technical knowledge current by participating in training programs (Sephora University) and using the brand digital learning platform (360 e-learning).
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of retail or beauty sales experience with demonstrable in-store sales performance.
- Proven track record of client service and relationship-building in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong selling techniques and ability to apply Sephora Attitude in consultations.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional presentation in line with Sephora grooming guidelines.
- Reliable, punctual and adaptable with a customer-focused mindset; willingness to attend ongoing training.
Skills
Experience
Minimum three years of retail or beauty sales experience, with proven success in achieving in-store sales targets and delivering consultative client service.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or a related field preferred.
